Engr. OLUWANISOLA Olawale George is an alumnus of the prestigious Royal Institute of Naval Architects (RINA) since Y2014. He obtained a Diploma in Marine Engineering from the Federal College of Fisheries and Marine Technology in 1987 and later a Post Graduate Diploma in Shipping and Safety Management from the Federal University of Technology, Owerri in Y2000. A holder of Certificates from Nigerian Institution of Shipping and the Regional Maritime Academy, Accra Ghana, Mr. Ogunsola is also a professional member of the Nigerian Institution of Safety Professionals, Institute of Strategic Management and Chartered Institute of Shipping Nigeria. A certified Marine/Safety Consultant, Mr. Ogunsola oversees the Marine operations of Bourdillon Marine & Technical.

Captain Anthony is a veteran and first class professional that has spent over 30 years in the maritime industry as diver, underwater welder, marine salvage expert, a divers’ trainer and a safety officer. Captain Akaire is a certified open water salvage Master and holds an internationally recognized underwater welder test certificate. Before joining Bourdillon Group, his work experience covered Julius Berger Nig. Ltd. (Marine Engineer 1972-1976), Underwater Nig. Ltd. (Captain MV-NUMAX Marine Crane 1976-1999), Nigerdock Nig. Ltd. (Captain MV EUROPA Marine Crane 1999-2006) and Humber Marine Nig. Ltd. (Head Marine Operations 2006-2014). Captain Anthony Akaire ranks amongst the foremost maritime professionals in Africa and is the Head of Bourdillon Marine & Technical Division.

Engr. OKECHUKWU Abel, HND is a graduate of Nigerian Institute of Oceanography and Marine Research. He holds a Higher National Diploma (HND) in Mechanical Engineering. Having spent about 30 years in the Maritime industry, Engr. Okechukwu has effectively combined his extensive experience in marine technology with training as mechanical engineer in his capacity as engineer in charge of several specialized assignment in the maritime industry across the length and breadth of Nigerian waters. Amongst his peers, he stands out. His experiences include maritime project coordination with bodies like Nigerian Port Authority, Niger Dock Nig. Ltd, Nigeria Navy, Underwater Nig. Limited, Julius Berger Nig. Ltd, and Aeromaritime Nig. Ltd. among others.

Mr. Roland Odeh Ndoma, Chief Accountant, (M.Sc, MBA) obtained a National Diploma in accounting from the Plateau State School of Accountancy & Mgt. Studies in 1994 before obtaining 1st & 2nd Degrees in Public Administration from Ambrose Ali University & University of Lagos respectively. A certified National Accountant, Mr. Ndoma’s over 26 years of experience in diverse areas of corporate banking, Transport & Logistics has been a big advantage to the Bourdillon Group. He belongs to several professional bodies some of which include the Chartered Institute of Administration (CIA), Nigerian Institute of Management (NIM), Advertising Practitioners Council (APCON) among others

Mr. Sunday Babalola, is responsible for providing relevant IT solutions for the Group’s operations. A graduate of Hardware Engineering from the University of Ife, Mr. Babalola brought more than 20 years of IT experience to the Bourdillon Group. Having spent all of his adult working life in IT, He has been opportune to participate in several IT engineering solutions development such as LAN Installations, Design & Installation of Telecom Cables, Training, OS Configuration among others.

Engr. Razak, (NEBOSH) is the Head of Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) Unit of Bourdillon Group. And he also oversees the Community Liaison Department of the Group.

Bena Castillo is the Founder & CEO of Castillo Diving Centre, Manila, Philippines. He is the foreign technical Partners to Bourdillon Marine & Technical. Members of Confederation Mondiale des Activities Sub-aquatics (CMAS), Professional Association of Diving Instructors (PADI) and National Association of Underwater Instructors (NAUI), Bena Castillo Inc. boasts of veteran Mariners and a good number of internationally respected marine salvage and training experts with wide ranging Sea fearing and underwater engineering experiences in Europe, Africa, Asia and the Middle East. With an excellent working relationship, Bourdillon Marine enjoys the added value and advantage of the Bena Castillo connections with respect to complicated and challenging assignments which gives us an edge over our competition locally and within the West African Sub region.
